Case Study
North Adelaide Local Health Network (on behalf of Northgate House Older Mental Health Services) was an example of where Uncharted partnered with SA Health to develop a pilot learning program for Northern Adelaide. The purpose of the pilot was to experimentally explore an innovative approach to health service-learning and culture change.
As a result of our work, the service has been able to demonstrate measurable improvements:
